audio library glaringly lacks representation from non-male contributors

Today, 96% of the contributors to our stock audio identify as male. Even though 38% of people identify as BIPOC, which we are also constantly working to improve, our audio library glaringly lacks representation from non-male contributors. Instead of hiding from it, we are bringing this to people’s attention. This is due to our belief that addressing representation requires acknowledging one’s own shortcomings. We are aware of this omission in our content and working diligently to fill it.
